This Privacy Policy explains how Carrasco Consulting Services LLC, doing business as Carrasco Consulting ("Carrasco Consulting," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with locallegendshq.com, the Local Legends™ program, and the Digital Property Assessment™.

Who We Are
Local Legends™ is a program operated by Carrasco Consulting Services LLC, doing business as Carrasco Consulting. Local Legends™ is not a separate legal entity. References to "the program" mean the Local Legends™ guided implementation program and related services, including the Digital Property Assessment™ ("DPA").

Information We Collect
- Website and browsing information. Pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device characteristics, and log data.
- Contact information. Name, business role, email address, telephone number, and the content of messages you send us.
- Application and qualification information. Responses submitted through the Local Legends™ application or qualification forms, including business name, website, city and county, industry, years operating, number of locations, veteran-owned status, primary contact, and your descriptions of current reputation, website performance, communication breakdowns, frustrations, and desired outcomes.
- Digital Property Assessment intake and findings data. Information you provide for the assessment and information we compile about your publicly visible digital property, together with our findings, scores, and recommendations.
- Business identity and professional information. Website and domain records, business locations, legal and professional entity details, licensing or practice information you choose to share, service descriptions, and digital property or profile information across search engines, directories, review platforms, and social platforms.
- Program communications. Email correspondence, SMS messages where you have opted in, scheduling information for group planning sessions and Office Hours, and support requests.
- Session participation. Attendance records and, where clearly disclosed and authorized in advance, recordings or transcripts of group sessions or Office Hours.
- Participant-provided materials. Logos, imagery, written content, documents, brand assets, and any testimonial or case-study materials you choose to submit.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We receive transaction confirmations and limited billing details. We do not store full payment card numbers.

How We Use Information
- Evaluate application fit and decide whether to accept an applicant into a cohort.
- Deliver the Local Legends™ program and the Digital Property Assessment™.
- Support participants, schedule sessions and Office Hours, and respond to requests.
- Process billing, invoices, and payment administration through our providers.
- Maintain the security, integrity, and proper operation of our systems.
- Improve program curriculum, materials, tooling, and delivery.
- Send program, administrative, and — where permitted — marketing communications.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

Service Providers And Systems
We use third-party providers to operate the business and deliver the program, which may include hosting and website infrastructure, email and messaging platforms, scheduling and video conferencing tools, customer relationship and communication systems, document and file storage, analytics where enabled, and payment processing. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their function and are expected to protect it.
We do not sell personal information.

SMS And Text Messaging
- We send SMS messages only where you have provided express written consent.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cohort And Community Information
Local Legends™ is delivered in a cohort setting. When you choose to speak, share materials, ask questions, or participate in group discussion, other participants will see that information. You should not disclose confidential third-party information, protected health information, privileged material, or sensitive customer data in group environments. We cannot control what other participants do with information you voluntarily share in the room.

Testimonials And Case Studies
We use participant names, marks, imagery, statements, or results publicly only where you have authorized that use. Enrollment in the program does not by itself grant unlimited publicity rights. Where a signed agreement or written release specifically addresses publicity, that document controls.

Retention And Security
We retain information for as long as needed to deliver services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights And Requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain information, to receive a copy of it, or to opt out of certain processing. Send requests to Support@Carrasco.Consulting. We will verify your request before acting on it and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

International Processing
We operate in the United States. If you access the site or participate from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Children And Minors
This website and the program are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
